SUPERGirls SHINE Foundation, (SGSF) is the premier organization developing, building and equipping underserved girls (women) through STEM mentorship, internships, scholarships and entrepreneurships to strengthen the workforce and career pipeline.

We believe that every single girl can triumph, to conquer, to SHINE and be the best version of herself. Being a SUPERGirl is a mindset that when developed, IMPACTs others to believe it too! Our organization is here to prove that girls can become the professional, the leaHER, and the woman who will change the world in her own special way through STEM, Innovation & Leadership initiatives.
SUPERGirls SHINE Foundation (SGSF) established March 11, 2016 as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization focuses on STEM, Innovation, and Leadership for girls and women in underserved and underrepresented communities. To date, we have reached over 1,623 SUPERGirls, 89 women leaders in the industry, worked with 7 different school districts, 4 university/college partners and mentored 46 VIP Members, and now have 12 graduating seniors in the class of 2020-2022.
But is this enough? Studies show women make up half of the total U.S. college-educated workforce, but only 28% of the science and engineering workforce, NSF 2018 and women of color are even less than that. That is why our target to increase the number of our girls by 25% in STEM classes, degrees, and careers by the year 2025, is a goal we can achieve with community partners, sponsors, and mentors like you.
