When she is given the opportunity, she is given a world full of possibilities.
We are not only helping young women improve in science and mathematics; we are assisting young women in obtaining social skills and capital to navigate these spaces once reserved for a more privileged group of individuals. We passionately believe that all girls are not created equal in the eyes of society. Therefore, we will work with parents, teachers, professional organizations, and similar entities to ensure that these young women—the ones currently overlooked due to their race, gender, and socioeconomic background—overcome these challenges once and for all to help them succeed in STEM and other professional endeavors.
