SUPERGirls SHINE Programs
Our programs are the essence of our organization.
With more than 59% of women in college, only 6% are Black women and 4% Hispanic women in STEM. Hence, .35% of Black women founders and .4% of Hispanic women founders receive VC funding.
Therefore, our programs and experiences aim to create awareness, access and equity for more women and girls from underserved and underrepresented communities in STEM, Innovation and Leadership initiatives.
