- Be matched with an industry leader mentor
- Participate in skill-building sessions with high level leaders in the industry
- Attend at least 1 industry networking event and/or skills workshops
- Gain access to STEM related certifications
- Build a community and friendships with like-minded girls
- Learn how to show-up & be present in professional meetings, workshops and networking events
- Engage and learn from startup & business owner leaders

- High School Participants - with at least 85% of engagement, you will qualify for a project-based internship placement, scholarship opportunities as well as industry conferences & seminars.

- Middle School 8th Grade Participants are SPOTLighted during a STEM Signing Day among family, friends, peers and the community.

- Connect through meetups to build community,
- Gain access to industry c-suite leaders & allies,
- Work to mentor future leadHERs in STEM,
- Co-lead Fireside Chats with SUPERGirls sharing your college culture and experiences,
- Opportunity to host a SUPERGirl campus visit (STEM Symposium, STEM Classroom/Lab visit while students are in session or invite to participate in a Community Service Project).
- Participate as program events volunteers and so much more!
